ABOUT THE BRAND
Mother daughter duo, Fazila & Maryam founded Neem in 2018 as a celebration of the ancient art of block printing and contemporary south asian design.
Each block of wood is individually designed and meticulously carved by hand. Our blocks are then individually dipped in our organic dyes to produce the intricate grids and curves that coalesce to make the patterns on your piece.
Every Neem piece has a history — from the relationship with the artisan, to the life of the wearer. We design each of our collections with the intention of creating pieces that can be passed down through generations, with minimal waste and minimal carbon footprint. Our pieces all made by artisans in Karachi, Pakistan, with expertise in traditional methods of crafting block prints by hand.
